Astoria Queens, New York
This project is the second hospitality collaboration for the two design firms. Designing hospitality spaces often requires working with many clients who often have different aesthetics, and almost always varying budgets. This restaurant was designed within the extents of a tight budget. Existing beams from the space were used to build the bar and several tables. All products that were above budgetary constraints were replaced with less expensive options without compromising the original design intent.
“Let me start by saying this place its beautiful. I love the décor, its very trendy, cozy and hip.”
“DECOR: Absolutely love the decor and atmosphere as it has taken itself above your average 30th ave corner cafe. Can't wait to see it in the summer with their upstairs patio and outside beer garden. at place for an intimate dinner.”
